Delivery and Refund Policy

Delivery time

We will confirm your order information by email within 24 hours after payment is clear. If there is no reply from you within 24 hours, we will continue to process your orders according to the original information received.

Once the doll is finished, we will arrange the delivery. When we send out the doll, we will email a tracking number to you.

Generally, our production will be finished in 2-3 days. Then we arrange the delivery. The transportation time is about 10-15 working days. Tip: (Expedited shipping service: we only provide expedited service for dolls with height higher than 165cm. The transportation time of the expedited service is 3-5 working days.)

(COVID-19 Updates: Due to Brexit and Pandemic, the production and delivery time may be longer than normal, however we will try our best to make delivery the quickest in the UK market.)

Delivery method

Generally we use UPS/FedEx/DPD. But it needs to be explained that our package will stay in Germany for about a week of quality check, during this period, the tracking number will not show any information, and this is normal. Please don’t worry.

Refund Policy

We will carefully check and confirm the dolls in the package before delivery, so we can ensure that each doll is intact.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us within 24 hours after placing your order, otherwise we will not accept a refund and a processing/administration fee will be always applied for cancellation. This is because that all our dolls are customized products (wigs, eyes, skin color and so on are different for each customer), we do not accept any refund loss, unless there is a serious quality problem, but you should send us photos within 24 hours after receiving the doll. If there is an obvious damage made by yourself, we will not accept the refund.
